Abitibi Sled Dogs offers a 3-day, 2-night authentic winter camping experience designed to immerse you in the lifestyle of a northern musher.
Your first night is spent at our sled dog kennel, where you’ll stay in a heated canvas tent and learn the basics of winter camping in a controlled environment with modern comforts. On day two, you’ll head out on the trail for an overnight camp with the dogs, experiencing the quiet beauty of the wilderness under the stars.
This package includes:
– Two nights in a heated tent (one at the kennel, one on trail)
– Gear and equipment rentals
– All meals and hot drinks
– Kennel tour
– Guided tour where you drive your own sled
If you need to cancel a month or more in advance of your trip date, you will receive a Full Refund. With shorter notice (less than 1 month) before your trip date, receiving a refund is contingent upon us being able to rebook your tour date/time. There’s a 10% Administration Fee applied to refund amount if your tour is rebooked.
Rescheduling your tour will be offered in the event of operator cancellation due to weather conditions or safety concerns. Should rescheduling not be possible, a full refund will be offered.
