Abitibi Sled Dogs offers a guided introduction to dog sledding where all guests enjoy the experience as a passenger in a sled—there is no “drive your own team” option. This ensures a safe and relaxing ride through the northern trails while our experienced mushers guide the dogs.
The tour includes a safety talk and demonstration, a 30-minute trail ride, followed by time to meet the dogs, take photos, and enjoy some hot chocolate.
If you need to cancel a month or more in advance of your trip date, you will receive a Full Refund. With shorter notice (less than 1 month) before your trip date, receiving a refund is contingent upon us being able to rebook your tour date/time. There’s a 10% Administration Fee applied to refund amount if your tour is rebooked.
Rescheduling your tour will be offered in the event of operator cancellation due to weather conditions or safety concerns. Should rescheduling not be possible, a full refund will be offered.
